This story depicts the activities of the emergency medical team "TOKYO MER" as they fearlessly plunge into dangerous situations to save lives!

During the spread of the novel coronavirus infection, the sight of medical professionals fearlessly confronting this unknown virus to save critically ill patients, even at the risk of their own lives, touched the hearts of many and moved them deeply.
The protagonist of this work, Kota Kitami, is also a courageous emergency medical doctor who rushes into dangerous scenes without regard for his own life in order to save critically ill patients who are involved in major accidents and incidents and are in critical condition.

The setting of the story is "TOKYO MER," a professional emergency medical team newly established by order of the Tokyo Governor. "MER" stands for Mobile Emergency Room, and their mission is to rush to the scenes of extremely dangerous major accidents, disasters, and incidents with a large vehicle (ER car) equipped with the latest medical equipment and an operating room, and to provide first aid to the injured as quickly as possible.
Their mission is "to save every life."
