This is a Snoopy headband from USJ (Universal Studios Japan).
I'm selling two headbands together.
Brown: Used once, stored for 3 years. There might be some slight fuzziness, but this is subjective.
White and Black: Used three times, stored for 4 years. There are stains on the tag that won't wash out, and some discoloration. There is also some fuzziness and signs of wear.
