RARE Vintage 1960s Smucker's Jelly or Apple Butter Brown Amber Glass Jar w/ Lid

This Smucker's jar is a very rare find! I looked up the patent number, this particular jar design was created in 1939, I have included a photo of the patent, see last photo. The patent number on the bottom of the jar reads "113299". The glass manufacturer logo on the bottom is "MTC" Thatcher Glass Manufacturing Company, Kane, PA; Wharton, New Jersey and several other plant locations in later years (c.1904-1985). This particular version of the logo was in use from c. 1944 to about 1983. I have included a photo of examples of Smucker's jars from the 50s-60s and you can see the middle example is the same as the jar we have found, it was only used for a short period of time before going with a more modern jar. Jar is in good condition, the lid shows some signs of wear.
