~About PCU~
While the ECWCS, developed under the leadership of the US Army, received a certain amount of recognition, some special forces personnel involved in harsh missions expressed dissatisfaction with its insufficient cold protection. One reason for this was that the Army's large size meant that it took time to renew equipment, and development lagged behind that of outdoor wear in the civilian market.

Therefore, from 2002, under the leadership of the Special Operations Command (SOCOM), which oversees special forces, a system with the latest specifications was developed for special forces separately from the ECWCS. This is the Protective Combat Uniform, commonly known as PCU.

Level 7 of the ECWCS is often seen, but this one is quite rare, and the price is likely to increase significantly in the future. The size is XL, which should fit most people.
