This is a GBA (Game Boy Advance) with visible LCD degradation.
Initially, it wouldn't power on, but I cleaned the power switch and restored it to a working state where it powers on.
I have confirmed that it reads game cartridges and that it powers on.
Other issues are unknown.

Due to the above condition, I am selling this as a junk item.
