Lamrof, launched in 2021 by Daisuke Sakamoto, a designer from Sendai.

The brand name "Lamrof" uses the reversed spelling that was popular among African-American jazz musicians in the 1940s, reversing "Formal" to signify "wearing formal wear in an ideologically opposite way," paying homage to the history and culture of African Americans who have had a great influence on the world from the past to the present.

Velour skipper shirt made of wrinkle-resistant polyester material.

It has elasticity and uses a special velour that has a lame feel depending on the angle.

Features include a 60s-like diagonal cut on the front pocket, square cuffs with loop buttons, and a silhouette that widens from the elbow to the cuff of the arm.

With a box silhouette and slits on the sides, it's a pullover type that's easy to put on and take off, while also being a charming piece with the elegance of velour.
