This is one of the official Earthbound / MOTHER series guide books from Japan.
It's called "Pollyanna", and this is the 1st of the guides made official in partner with fans, published by Nintendo themselves!
The book is a good size, being over 200 pages long. It has lots of cool stuff like comics, artwork, interviews, and merch listings. On the last page, there's also a nice sticker sheet with characters from all the Mother games ^^ (check photo 11)
The book is normal sizing, 10 inches tall, 7 inches wide. It isn't brand new, but it does come in good condition with no major damage to it!
