MONCLER Moncler Backpack - Damaged/As-Is

Regarding this backpack, I found a black stain-like mark on it after storing it unused for a year after purchase. I sent it to Moncler, as they requested to "take a look at the item."

Later, the response I received stated, "The storage method..." implying that the issue was my responsibility, and the backpack was returned as is. I had other bags on the shelf, including PRADA and Hermès, not just this Moncler bag. This issue only occurred with this backpack. I called them, but they offered no solution and simply reiterated the head office's response.

I researched the issue and found out that it's discoloration of the adhesive used to bond the fabric. Apparently, the white version of this backpack has the adhesive turning yellow and becoming visible.

After that, I reluctantly used it twice, but I lost the desire to use it and it has been sitting unused since.

It's become a long explanation, but the black areas haven't increased since then, so this is a "slightly damaged" listing.

Used only twice, and the inside is clean.

The top and bottom sections use blue suede, which may show variations in color due to the texture, but this is not a stain.

Returns are not accepted.
