This is the midorikawa 2018ss INDIGO SILK TROUSER.
These are silk 100% slacks with a clean silhouette.
The feature is the cut-off design and the 6.5cm of extra fabric above the waist. Therefore, you can wear it in two patterns: high-waisted by standing up the extra fabric, or regular-waisted by laying it down.

I have worn it a few times, but it no longer fits my body type, so I am selling it.
As for scratches and stains, there is color transfer on the inside of the waist from wearing it. This is because I wore it with a colored top.
