The finish uses Kinu Oil. The main ingredient is rice-derived, odorless, and gentle on the skin.

★ Karín Ko-haku (Padauk Burl Red and White)
Karín is a hardwood from the Fabaceae (legume) family, genus Pterocarpus.
It has various patterns created by the complexly interwoven grain. It is a burl material that can only be harvested from a part of the root. Because of its high density, it is very hard and durable. The red-toned parts (red) and the white wood (the white sapwood) are mixed, and the contrasting colors have artistic value.
