Knit Gown Long Cardigan

The theme of the ISSEY MIYAKE 2008 Spring/Summer collection was "Wind".
Gentle and refreshing, but sometimes intense, the wind rushes through the closed sky, the earth, and the sea.

Materials and patterns that incorporate such images in various ways are eye-catching.
In particular, the deep blue of the Kuroshio current, which was collected from the sea of Hachijo Island, and the shining yellow color of the traditional silk fabric "Kihachijo" are impressive.

A-POC INSIDE clothing, such as mesh knits made by the A-POC method, are also widely available this time.

The blue and yellow of the series titled "Kihachijo Galaxy" are the highlights. For the blue, they actually dove into the sea of Hachijo Island and compared the fabric samples with the color of the sea in the Kuroshio current.
