This set is new and has never been removed from the packaging. The box has been opened and a majority of the tape seals have been cut, it appears just to view the item. Both cars and the barrels, in addition the the building, remain factory sealed/secured in the original packaging. There are no lights/sounds when the smokestack is activated, likely because the batteries installed in the factory are 20 years old. **Please note that the batteries, due to age, may have leaked/corroded**. Box has light to moderate wear including some rips.tears in places and some dust/dirt.
