■MATERIAL: 4 Colors Chambray Wool
Original pre-dyed chambray wool produced in a fully integrated factory in Bishu, Japan, which is one of the only companies in Japan that handles wool spinning, weaving, dyeing, and finishing.
The yarn uses ultra-twisted yarn, twisted to the maximum number of times wool can withstand.
By using ultra-twisted yarn, it creates a moderate firmness and resilience.
Normal chambray typically uses one color for the warp and one color for the weft, but this fabric is a first in Japan, using two different colored yarns alternately for the warp and similarly arranging two different colored yarns alternately for the weft, resulting in a 4-color chambray woven at ultra-high density.
By combining four colors, a unique and indescribable deep color is created.
The finishing process involves impregnation with chemicals to add firmness, in addition to the dry feel and resilience of the highly twisted yarn.
While possessing the natural high deodorizing, moisture-absorbing, and UV-cut functions of wool, it is also hand-washable and easy to care for, making it a material suitable for daily use.

・Lining
While polyester linings are common, this series uses an original cupro-polyester material.
Cupro has high moisture absorption and a smooth feel, but it is also weak to water, so it is blended with polyester and subjected to special processing to develop a washable lining while utilizing the high performance of cupro.
