This is a record of Hikaru Utada's "Distance."

It is the original pressing from 2001.

This is a first-press limited edition analog record released just as the unprecedented hit album "Distance" was released!

It's her second album, exactly two years after her hit first album. Focusing on the music and content, it's characterized by many previously released songs like M1, 2, 7, 8, 9, and 11. However, it also features a very straightforward, classic pop song M-3, M-5 (composed by TAKURO of GLAY) which showcases her original rock inclinations, the killer ballad M-6, the reggae-influenced new approach M-10, and the dub-like sound processing of M-12. It's a testament to her genius, with amazing music and vocals that defy genre. The title evolved from "First Love" to "Distance." Her rapidly maturing femininity can be seen in the lyrics.
