Ethnic Costume Keychain Doll with Blue Eyes

This is a well-made, small doll purchased by my grandfather during his overseas travels, just shy of 90 years old.
It comes with a keychain, so you can hang it on your bag as well.
The doll is dressed in a very luxurious hand-sewn outfit.
Its joints can bend freely, making it hard to believe it's such an old piece. The hands have a slightly cold feel, as they are not made of plastic.
I couldn't find much information online, so I am selling it at a higher price.
It's quite a rare item.
I find it a bit creepy to display, so I'm putting it up for sale.
