I had this made at an atelier when I lived in China 20 years ago. It was made to my measurements at the time, although they put a label size M on it, it is more like an S by western sizes. Measurements when flat are approx 36cms waist and 42cms chest (armpit to armpit). I am 1m60 and comes just above knees. It buttons up at front side, with back up clip button internally behind top five/chest area.
