Gently sweep down along lashes from root to tip, without tugging; then sweep up along the underside of lashes, lifting them as you go. Fold cotton pad. Following the natural direction of lymphatic circulation, gently move the pad toward the outer corner of the eye. Repeat using a fresh cotton pad for the other eye.
