With the brand concept of "the best everyday wear," the ideal denim was reached after continuously pursuing the ideal comfort. This resulted in the 13.7oz Zimbabwe cotton fabric. While meeting the needs of the times, which demand clear color fading and a firm feel, the 15.5oz denim was born without compromising the brand's concept of comfort. You can experience a softness and elasticity that you can't imagine from conventional heavy-ounce denim that is just thick, ignoring comfort. Furthermore, as a new attempt, we have achieved more intense whiskers and vertical fading (dot fading) with the same oz, and we have also realized Super Rough, denim that combines the comfort unique to FULLCOUNT. Although we use 5-count slub yarn for both warp and weft, it is a highly uneven yarn that can only be expressed as an average value. We weave this yarn, which is already difficult to weave, slowly with low tension. This requires very advanced techniques and experience, and it is a special denim that we have specially requested from an elder, who can be said to be the last craftsman who knows the things of the 1950s, for FULLCOUNT.
