This item appears to have been a made-to-order product from the Yostar OFFICIAL SHOP for the 3rd anniversary of Azur Lane.
It's a fun piece of art where the image (and expression) changes depending on the viewing angle.

I purchased this item used and displayed it for about a month before storing it away.
I originally bought it as a used, opened item (that had been displayed), and there are some scratches from the time of shipping. For the reasons stated above, I've marked it as having some scratches and dirt.
I have accumulated a lot of items, so I'm selling off my collection to organize and declutter.

I will include the string I used to display it.
