These beautiful Chatelaine brooches were worn at the waist during the Victorian era and often held small tools. Just the coolest thing! What a beautiful statement and conversation piece. Any collector would love to add this to their collection! It measures 2” and is in good condition for its age. I think it may originally have had black enamel and been a mourning piece as there is still a small amazing of black enamel here and there. Mostly on backside and close to cameo frame. Just a very unique and cool piece!
